A “celebration of the next breed of contemporary film makers and artists”, the magazine explores the democratisation of moving image art forms by looking at what the moving image is and how our relation to it is changing.

As part of the deal, some of the money won by BW had to be used to pay other IdeasTap users for their creative input on the project and we must say, the result of these collaborations is pretty damn good.
